- Overseeing accounts payable, including invoicing and expense processing.
- Managing supplier reconciliations and payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling accounts receivable, credit control, and the administration of invoice discounting.
- Supervising cash book management and banking activities.
- Administering payroll with precision and confidentiality.
- Providing expert support and resolving queries by liaising with staff and management.
- Assisting the management accountant with comprehensive month-end reporting as needed.
