Infrastructure Engineer

In this role, you will be part of a team designing, automating, and deploying services on behalf of our customers to AWS. Key responsibilities
- Write infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform)
- Perform AWS environment troubleshooting and setup
- Ensure all components are adequately monitored and logged to prevent outages
- Administrate automated deployments and scripting using PowerShell
- Complete technical documentation
- Deliver quality work in agile team environment
- Research and provide feedback on new AWS services and solutions
- Capacity management / Scalability
- Provide IT support to internal users
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in cloud computing
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Experience managing common AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudFormation etc)
- Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Windows Server)
- Knowledge of database systems (MySQL/MariaDB)
- Knowledgeable about networking and security
- Comfortable interacting with customers and 3rd parties
- Effective communication skills
