Role HRIS Consultant, aka HR Systems Analyst, HRIS Business Analyst, HR MI / Data analyst
Location – Fully remote – Once a month meetings Midlands / S East – c. once a month meeting clients
Salary 40 - 50K + 10% Bonus, 25 Days + B'Day + 3 Volunteering days, Pension, 5x Life, Accreditations / Training
The role will be working with clients looking to implement Sage People (formally fairsail) experience with that would be great but we are open to other HR systems.
The role
- Requirements gathering (Functional / Technical)
- Work through the configuration and deployment
- Support through go-live activities
- Support risk mitigation project planning meetings with colleagues and customers
