Responsible for:

Creating amazing Bread, Pastry, Deserts, Chocolate's, Petite Fours, Ice Cream, Sorbets and other products as your imagination creates

Managing a Commis Chef and delegating work

Ordering and stock taking of all produce on section

Ensuring that the restaurant is always fully stocked with fresh produce to excite and encourage customer spend

Constantly seeking new ingredients and techniques to improve customer dining experience

Participate in Kitchen Team meetings

Make menu suggestions and understand costing implications
