Part Time Accounts Payable - Reading - £30,000 (full time equivalent) - Part Time 25-30 hours per week
An introduction to the company and role:
Wade Macdonald is currently working with an local, independent company that are looking for an experienced accounts payable professional to join their small finance team on a part time basis, working 25 hours over 5 days a week. They offer flexibility on start times and flexible working may be offered after probation.
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Control of the purchase ledger function
- Processing and posting of invoices through EDI application
- Daily reconciliations of transactions
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Support the Finance Manager when necessary
What experience do you need?
- AAT Qualification (desired)
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of EDI
