Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a varied caseload of family law matters, providing expert guidance to clients.
- Offer practical and compassionate legal advice, ensuring client needs are met with care.
- Engage in negotiations and mediation, striving for amicable solutions.
- Prepare and advocate for clients in court when needed.
- Draft and finalise key legal documents, including petitions and agreements.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver comprehensive legal services.
- Contribute to growing the firm's client base and enhancing its reputation in family law.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in family law.
- Strong client care, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
