Job Description:
As a Main Dealership Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our brand-specific vehicles. Our client seeks skilled and dedicated technicians who are passionate about the automotive industry and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Diagnostics and Repairs: Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnostic Equipment: Utilise manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Customer Communication: Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ongoing Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology and manufacturer-specific training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong track record of successful repairs.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
