Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in central Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:
£55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus, fantastic wider benefits package and hybrid remote working
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Challenge the business to drive sustainable value proactively through informed and insightful decision making, and provide financial business partnering across the business
- Set the forecast and budget for the assigned divisions making recommendations that have a tangible impact on business performance and measure & track this performance
- Ensure reporting information is provided in a timely and accurate manner to inform strategic decision making
- Drive a data-led and insight orientated culture, ensuring high quality data sets for decision making are available for the operational and other teams
- Translate complex financial outcomes to senior financial and non-financial stakeholders through both oral and written communication. Ability to tailor message to the relevant audience, distilling key messages without losing the appropriate level of detail
- Strong problem solving skills. Able to identify issues, get to root causes through the use of financial analysis and insight to diagnose and solve problems
- Comfortable working with complexity and able to use initiative to deal with ambiguity, identify resources to implement and determine pragmatic solutions
Person specification:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Currently working in a commercial finance role with a strong proportion of business partnering
- Strength of driving a customer centric approach in all financial processes
- Collaborative approach to problem solving
- Proficient in excel, have strong written and verbal presentation skills and a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrable professionalism with a proven ability to operate in a complex, fast paced business environment
