For this Science Teacher role, you must be a driven and personable Science Teacher, who has been graded ‘Good' or better in previous observations and can show great classroom practice. The Science Teacher will have the skills to show your students and colleagues the value of hard work, as you set high expectations and strive to achieve them. You will also need motivational skills to keep the students engaged and interested through exciting, engaging lesson content.
