Benefit assessment officer needed in London £18.50ph ref OR907
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Experienced Benefits Officers who can accurately process all types of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support, and discretionary schemes including Discretionary Housing Payments. Experience of processing Local welfare assistance, household support fund and free school meals are desirable but not essential.
Candidates must be proficient in using the Capita processing system and have experience of using a document management system, ideally Civica's workflow 360 system (Comino).
