I am looking for an Assistant AV Executive to join the expanding AV team and play a key role in continuing the success of the department.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the AV team in managing the agency's portfolio of TV, BVOD, CTV and YouTube campaigns.
- Assist team in negotiation of, and manage delivery of, media owner deals/campaign delivery.
- Manage compilation of key agency and client reports including buying results and market competitive reporting.
- Support with preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings.
- Establish working relationships with internal teams, media owners and other third parties.
The Ideal candidate:
- Relevant degree/qualifications within marketing and advertising space.
- Previous working experience/internships within media agencies preferred.
- Confidence, positivity and ability to present yourself amongst internal/external colleagues.
- High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Great attention to detail, combined with great organisational skills.
