An overview of the FP&A Manager role:
- Establish and lead the Group FP&A function, including developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes, procedures, and systems
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and provide recommendations to senior management
- Develop and maintain financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.
- Provide financial support and analysis to the business units, including financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in financial planning & analysis and commercial finance , Ideally with some exposure to either creating a function or enhancing/improving/developing additional FP&A capabilities, processes, models and systems within established functions
- A qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial planning and analysis software. Advanced level in Excel and exposure to ERP systems
