Do you enjoy speaking on the phone to customers and have great communication skills? Are you looking for temporary work with flexible hours? Do you have office Admin Customer Service experience? If yes, then you may have found the best way to earn an income whilst enjoying what you do.

We're looking for an Outbound Call Advisor to make outgoing calls to identify and capture result relating to upgrading memberships, the main information about this role is:

  • 25+ calls per hour - creating a personable and engaging experience
  • Leaving voicemails for anyone who have not answered
  • Updating held contact numbers, addresses, email details and noting of any invalid number (escalating to supervisor)
  • It will consist of 2 campaigns (7th – 18th November 2024 and 2nd - 6th December 2024)
  • Daily hours 7.5 hours worked flexibly between 8AM - 7PM Monday - Friday
  • Training in our brand new Birmingham office

The ideal person for this role will be:

  • Highly detail orientated
  • Personable and comfortable over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience using Excel
