Are you an experienced Partnership Development Manager that excels at creating and maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders, has worked in health and social care and enjoys being a part of meaningful change, then join the Partnership Development Team at Elysium Healthcare as a Partnership Development Manager.
Working alongside the Partnership Development and Referral Management Team, and with a territory covering the South you will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with the NHS, Integrated Care Boards, local authorities and additional stakeholders identifying areas of need where Elysium can partner to make a difference to the delivery of healthcare.
Reporting to the Business Development Director and working in the adult mental health division you will keep stakeholders updated on our services, uncover new needs, lead on the development of appropriate marketing material to support our services with the full support of our communications team.

Other responsibilities as Partnership Development Manager:
- Linking stakeholders up with appropriate services to meet the needs of services users
- Support the development of existing services, providing appropriate feedback from stakeholders including compliments and complaints.
- Development of high quality plans to support each service meet its business objectives
- Provide regular activity reports and monthly and quarterly reports to the Business Development Director and other Directors where required
