QA Technical Lead Responsibilities
- Lead and innovate automated testing processes, creating efficient methods to test features.
- Estimate, plan, and coordinate comprehensive testing activities.
- Identify, document, and resolve quality issues and defects promptly.
- Collaborate in the design process to influence and understand systems to be tested.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, managing risk and ensuring appropriate test coverage.
QA Technical Lead Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on automation testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Advanced hands-on experience in building automated regression testing capabilities.
- Passion for mentoring and learning.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
