Remote Due Diligence Officer

Job Opportunity: Remote Due Diligence Officer (3-Month Contract)

We are looking to recruit 10 skilled individuals for a 3-month contract conducting due diligence investigations and compiling reports on a range of subjects. This is a fully remote position with an immediate start date, offering a salary of £33,000-£38,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

Key Details:

  • Contract Length: 3 months - full availability required for the entire period.
  • Start Date: ASAP, with a proposed start date of 23rd (training day in London required).
  • Location: Remote, with a one-off trip to London for training and to collect equipment.
  • Interviews: Virtual interviews will be held, with a task assessment. Interview blocks scheduled from Tuesday to Friday next week.

Job Role:

  • Conduct open-source research and database investigations on individuals and companies.
  • Compile detailed reports outlining the status, legitimacy, and reputation of the subjects.
  • Work independently to complete tasks within tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to meet client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in research and analysis (due diligence, law enforcement, finance, or related fields).
  • Strong attention-to-detail and ability to manage multiple sources of information.
  • Excellent report writing and ability to present findings in a clear, logical format.
  • Ability to identify red flags and follow through with further investigative lines of enquiry.
  • Highly organised, able to meet deadlines while maintaining a high-quality standard.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Farsi, or Arabic (preferred).
  • English-only speakers considered if they have a strong background in research and analysis.

Additional Information:

  • Confidentiality is crucial. Current employees or contractors of the client cannot apply.
  • Candidates will undergo a short training program and must be able to start on the same date.
  • Compliance: Basic DBS checks will be required.
