Key Responsibilities:
- Writing CMM programs using PC-DMIS software.
- Performing inspections and measurements using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Analysing data and generating reports on component quality.
- Identifying and troubleshooting any issues with measurements or equipment.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and optimize inspection methods.
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in Aerospace Engineering.
- Proficiency in CMM programming using PC-DMIS software.
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and measurements.
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
Pay:
- (DOE) £32 p/h - £35 p/h UMB (PAYE also available)
Hours:
- 06:00-14:15 (Mon-Thu) / 06:00-12:00 (Fri)
