A health charity are looking for an Interim Head of HR to support on an initial 3 months, to lead the HR function through a transformation phase whilst having strong technical hands on capability. Description
An Interim Head of HR to:
- Be responsible for the overall HR function
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes
- Lead the ongoing implementation of a HRIS
- Manage a HR team: coaching and upskilling
- Support an organisation through a large transformation period
- Modernise and transform the HR function
- Lead and coordinate the ongoing implementation of engagement activities
- Looking at maintenance and system improvements
- Role details to be confirmed and discussed
- Strategic and hands on role
- Act as a trusted partner to the SLT and wider organisation
- Build organisational capabilities, behaviours and structures
- Lead change management
- The role is very technical, requiring strong investigation into the data and high attention to detail
- Larger focus on technical processes and detail
Profile
An Interim Head of HR with:
- Previous experience in the health and social care sector, public or NHS desirable
- Experience operating at a strategic and operational level with transformation experience
- Available to start within the next month
- Strong technical hands on experience
