This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR. The role is a business-focused HR Advisor role working within a highly visible, HR team. The role is based at our head office in Northampton and some hybrid-remote working will be available following a period of induction and training.
The successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities, providing support, advice and guidance to management teams. The role will focus on a combination of HR administration duties, managing the end-to-end process for any employee relations case work and supporting the Head of HR and Talent Management with strategic people projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- First HR point of contact for a rapidly changing business area.
- Support management in employee relations and HR policy adherence.
- Improve employee engagement and productivity with senior stakeholders.
- Build relationships with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Use business analysis reports to recommend improvements.
- Manage internal communications and strategic HR projects.
- Maintain HR records and electronic filing systems.
- Perform other HR administration duties as needed.
