Investigo are delighted to be exclusively working with this large manufacturing business who have sites across the UK. They have an urgent requirement for a Site Finance Business Partner to join their operation in West Brom
- Reporting to the Operations Finance Controller, the Site Finance Business Partner is a valued member of the Finance team. They will act as a co-pilot for site management and manage the overall financial integrity and performance of the manufacturing site, providing decision support and constructive challenge over the decisions taken. They will support and collaborate with the site leadership team to prepare and execute business initiatives, understanding and challenging the key assumptions made.
- The Site Finance Business Partner will leverage systems and adopt a rigorous data driven approach to information management, providing timely, accurate and action-oriented insights for informed decision making.
- They will also ensure a strong controls environment is in place to mitigate risk and will adopt and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the site and wider business.
We are seeking an individually who has worked within manufacturing before.
