Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the sales ledger and producing weekly and monthly debtor reports
- Running credit checks on new and existing clients
- Resolving invoice and customer queries
- Managing the central inbox
- Assisting with the audit process where required
- Collecting outstanding payments and escalating where required
- Monday to Friday - 8 - 4
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Worked in a similar role before
- Proficient with Microsoft packages
Job Offer
Salary up to £27,000 + Pension + Free on site parking + Death in service scheme + 25 days holiday (plus banks).
