Job Title: Licencing Compliance Officer

Remuneration: Hourly rate £20.52 paye

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with LA03 and GA05 (Licencing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005).
- Conduct inspections, investigate complaints, and enforce licencing regulations.
- Provide high-level customer service to licence holders and the public.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate and monitor performance against regulatory targets.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Support the licencing team in processing applications and issuing licences.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and attend relevant training sessions.
