Location: Crawley

Salary: Up to £36,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Lloyd Recruitment are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing company, who are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join their team as a Marketing Manager. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for shaping and developing a company's marketing strategy, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with the CEO and playing a pivotal role in driving brand awareness. Collaborating with their marketing agency, you will be leading the create and execution of effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events, managing budgets and timelines
  • Develop and implement social media strategies, including posting, monitor channels, respond to enquiries and analyse performance
  • Create content and copy writing for email newsletters, blogs, PR and social media to boost brand visibility
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with overall strategy
  • Identify and manage brand development opportunities through partnerships, sponsorships and strategic initiatives
  • Update and maintain the website regularly, apply SEO techniques and PPC strategies to improve visibility
  • Report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to improve future efforts
  • Analyse trends and adapt strategies, whilst liaising with stakeholders to improve the customer journey
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and communications
  • Optimise LinkedIn profiles for key team members to align with company branding and values
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience within a marketing role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
