Job Title: Property Manager

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 PA (DOE)
Role Overview:
My client, a highly regarded independent company, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury homes in Cobham. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards in property management, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling all aspects of tenancy management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee luxury homes, ensuring they are well-maintained.
- Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords.
- Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and regular property upkeep.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties meet regulatory standards.
- Tenancy Management: Handle lease renewals, rent collections, and tenancy issues.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in property management, preferably with luxury properties.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of property regulations and legislation.
