Your new role
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 15 colleagues with general administrative duties including data input, booking transport and accomodation, chasing accounts and invoices, ordering equipment, and more as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Key skills you will need:

  • IT proficiency
  • Experience using MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Administrative experience

It would also be great if you had experience using the Wholebase system, but training will be provided, so this is not a requirement.
