My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their rapidly growing company.
The Role: Vehicle Technician
The Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (No weekends)
Location: Storrington
Salary: £34,000 - £50,000
Job role
- Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work
- Discussing required repairs with customers where applicable
- Always Liaising with Office Manger during work process
- Repairing or replacing components as required where permission is granted
- Road testing vehicles to test repair work
- Performing service checks
- Performing vehicle maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and air filters, as required
- Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
- Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Have the flexibility to work all makes and models of vehicles
Candidate requirements:
- Must have own Tools
- Own Transport
- Full Drivers Licence
- Level 2 or 3 Qualified. Master tech would need to provide evidence of Master Tech qualification
- MOT licence not essential but would be a bonus
- Own appropriate work boots and work trousers/shorts
