A fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join a professional service firm located in the heart of the City of London. The Compliance Administrator will provide data analysis and administrative support to the Compliance Team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an accounting, financial services, or a fast-paced environment. You must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload. Hybrid working available.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse data using Excel
  • Conducting checks, including Companies House filings, PEP and sanctions screenings, and analysing results
  • Maintain and update the company's databases
  • Onboarding and reviewing clients, ensuring records and documents are updated
  • Setting up new clients in the database and following procedures
  • Gathering data and assisting the Technology team
  • Assisting the Compliance Team with administrative tasks and time management

What you'll need:

  • Administrator or Compliance experience within accounting or financial services is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Team player
  • Strong MS Office
  • A strong desire to build a career in compliance
