Your contribution to the organisation
+ Organising virtual meetings, engagement activities and workshops.
+ Organising meetings, away days, workshops, booking meetings, meeting rooms, producing/ circulating agendas and minute/ note-taking as required.
+Organising and coordinating events, including virtual events as necessary, giving careful consideration to the needs of who may be attending.
+Supporting team members to follow up on action/ request made
+Creating and maintaining a tracker of outstanding tasks.
+Supporting colleagues with honorarium or expenses arrangements.
+Supporting colleagues with invoices and obtaining purchase order numbers.
+Formatting and preparing documents.
+Maintaining systems for electronic filling of documents.
+Carrying out any other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed+Highly IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
+Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience writing newsletters/similar copies.
+Highly organised and able to plan ahead.
+Accurate with an eye for detail.
+Able to present the data analysed using a range of presentation themes.
+Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of individuals.
Ability to work under pressure.
