Job Specification: Marketing Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid but occasional travel to St Albans, and some to Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 pm

Our client who are a provider of Health and Safety & Security Solutions to a local and national client base are experiencing huge growth and as a result are hiring for a Group Marketing Manager to join their thriving team. This role is a brand new position, and the successful candidate can really make this role their own and grow and develop their own team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign development, create, plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to gather insights into the consumer and industry trends
- Budget management and stakeholder management
- Take the clients marketing to the next level creating strategies
- Marketing Generalist, digital marketing, social media etc
Skills and Experience:
- Previous Marketing Management experience
- Generalist marketing experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Experience in developing campaigns and managing social media
- Must be a strategic thinker, who is a creative and analytical thinker
- Strong leadership experience
