Qualifications and Experience:

  • Nursing Qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Demonstrable experience in Nursing Home Management with a proven ability to achieve positive CQC ratings
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and legislation
  • Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to drive performance, lead teams, and maintain high standards of care
