Qualifications and Experience:
- Nursing Qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin
- Demonstrable experience in Nursing Home Management with a proven ability to achieve positive CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and legislation
- Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Ability to drive performance, lead teams, and maintain high standards of care

Your Responsibilities:
