We are currently seeking an analytical data professional who enjoys all aspects of data management and reporting, to join our client in this newly created position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a small team of 2 data professionals.
- Oversee data optimisation processes to enhance data quality, accessibility, and usability.
- Develop and produce advanced reports containing variable management information to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Assist in the automation of areas of reporting.
- Compile bespoke data visuals and reports dependent upon client demands.
- Continuously improve data management practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data management role.
- Previous leadership/management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL and other general IT systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of data optimisation and reporting techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in producing advanced reports containing variable management information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised.
