Location: Pavenham (Transport Required)

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office Based

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Pavenham, are looking to expand their team with the addition of an Installations Administrator. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of installation projects.

As an Installations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the installation team by managing the administrative tasks related to the planning, scheduling, and execution of installation projects. You will be the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date, and that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers to arrange on-site installations for the team and its subcontractors.
  • Issue Resolution: Address on-site issues, sort warranty callouts, and handle any outstanding works, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Monitor the movements of the installation team and maintain an accurate site installation diary of planned installs.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage installation packs (both hard and soft copies) for efficient site operations.
  • Reporting: Update the Installation Manager, Sales Team, and QS on any delays, additional costs, or changes occurring on-site.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure seamless contract execution.

Role Requirements:

  • IT Proficiency: Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Technical Competency: Proven ability to use bespoke IT packages, such as Sage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities, both on the phone and face-to-face.
  • Security Clearance: Due to the security level required for this role, candidates must complete Disclosure Scotland Standard Vetting prior to starting work. You will also be expected to obtain SC clearance, which will be discussed during your interview.
