About You

Personal

  • Commercially Motivated Account Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Career Driven.
  • Confident in your Self-Management.
  • Target / Sales focused (Inbound or/and Outbound Sales Experience).

Experience

  • A proven ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Proven Account Management or Sales Experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent Social Media skills.
  • A general interest in the latest technology.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Professional, intelligent, and well presented.

  • The ability to listen, understand, learn and deliver results.
  • The confidence to liaise with clients and jobseekers by telephone.

Responsibility of the Account Manager – The Role

  • Take responsibility for inbound Candidate and Sales enquiries.
  • Create and post Job Adverts on online boards and other media via our inhouse ATS.
  • Point of contact for both clients and applicants.
  • Providing day to day searching of applicants for vacancies via our inhouse online software.
  • Qualifying candidates and submitting their profiles to clients for review.
  • Arranging interviews for jobs.
  • Delivering job offers to successful applicants.
  • Occasionally carry out outbound campaign sales calls in-line with our marketing team.
  • Other administrative and associated account management duties as required on a day-to-day basis.
