Our client based in Northampton require a Curtain and Blind Fitter to join their busy family run business. Mainly covering the following areas - Northants, Beds, Leics, Warks, Oxon, Herts, Bucks, Cambs + sometimes working anywhere in the UK - overnight stays may be required.
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday work
- £28,000 per year
- Hours between 5am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Ensure products are fitted to a high standard, liaising with customers on site and getting the job completed in a timely manner.
- The work carried out varies from repair work to full installations for a number of clients across various sectors such as Universities, Hospitals, Schools and Building Contractors.
- This role is suited to someone who can drive, is experienced in the installation of curtains and blinds or somebody with practical ability or experience in a hands-on based role.
- Training will be provided from a team of fitters with over 25 years' experience.
Requirements
- A successful candidate should have experience with handheld tools and a full driving licence.
- You will need a CSCS card and a PASMA certificate, both can be gained whilst working for us.
- Happy to travel throughout the UK when required, with the possibility of staying out overnight.
- Able to work on Saturdays when required, although this is kept to a minimum.
