Working with 70+staff across a small network of offices throughout the Cheshire area the role of the Practice Manager will be as follows:
- Operational Management of the firm and ensuring compliance with the regulations
- Working closely with directors and staff to maintain high standards of service delivery
- Lead and manage the day-to-day admin operations of the practice, including human resources, facilities, IT and other administrative functions.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures
- Oversee the firm's debt collection process, ensuring strong robust procedures are in place.
- Ensure the firm's operations are compliant
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff (6)
- Provide leadership and support to staff members to promote professional development and growth
- Organising training requirements
- Dealing with budgets and forecasting
The Senior Practice Manager will ideally have the following skills and attributes
- Previous Practice Manager, Operations Manager or Office Manager experience
- Previously worked in a management capacity within a regulated environment (compliance, finance, insurance, legal etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Can motivate and inspire, continuing the collaborative and friendly office culture
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in a variety of office software and systems
