In this role as Store Manager, you'll:
- Lead and inspire the retail team, driving sales and hitting KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure the store is well-stocked, competitively priced, and effectively promoted
- Build relationships with London's street fashion and lifestyle communities, representing G-SHOCK
- Oversee the Assistant Store Manager and help execute store marketing initiatives like G-SHOCK Radio and in-store events
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience managing retail stores
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record
- Experience with team scheduling and managing retail operations
- Passion for fashion, urban culture, and brand representation
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
