Our client, a leading business based in Golborne, is seeking a proactive Warranty & Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a long-term absence. - Location: Golborne, near Wigan and Warrington
- Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (16:30 finish on Fridays) – 100% office based.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warranty & Service Coordinator to manage and process customer warranty claims. This role involves direct communication with customers and service agents, accurate data entry, and coordination across multiple systems to ensure timely and efficient warranty resolutions.
Duties:
- Handle customer warranty claims via telephone and email, providing timely and professional support.
- Log and process all warranty claims through the Global Warranty Portal.
- Liaise with service agents to log claims, coordinate service visits, and ensure timely completion of warranty work.
- Pursue completion of warranty jobs, collect signed paperwork from service agents, and update customers and systems accordingly.
- Maintain and update multiple internal systems with warranty claim statuses and documentation.
- Administer and monitor the warranty email inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Specification:
- Previous experience in a warranty administration or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or warranty management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
