Cardiff Council is looking for motivated and compassionate Children's Social Workers to join our Support4Families and Early Help and Prevention teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a proactive and forward-thinking environment, where you'll help to provide early support to children and families, preventing issues from escalating and promoting well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with children, young people, and their families, providing assessments and support plans to prevent crises.
Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver holistic, early intervention services.
Provide guidance and practical support to families to help improve outcomes for children.
Identify safeguarding risks and work proactively within statutory guidelines to protect children.

Requirements:
A recognised Social Work qualification.
Registration with Social Care Wales.
