Our client, a growing Real Estate, Planning and Property Consultancy are looking for an ambitious Planner to join their team in Perth. The company have built up expert rural, development and planning teams across the country that work to deliver expert advice and planning services for their clients within the commercial, housing and rural sectors.
The successful Planner will be responsible for client facing and project management while undertaking research, planning appraisals, preparing and submitting planning applications, S106 negotiations and preparing presentations.
For this role suitable candidates will have a degree in a planning related discipline and ideally a further MSc (or equivalent), be a Chartered Member of RTPI (or working towards this) and will have previous town planning experience.
