The Client

A primary International provider of C-level corporate networking events both live and in digital formats.

My client needs two Sponsorship Sales Managers to play a pivotal role in acquiring new business, securing sponsorship revenue, and collaborating with industry partners to craft comprehensive lead-generation campaigns for our clients. This role epitomises an end-to-end solution sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify solution provider companies.
  • Prospect for new business and establish a robust sales pipeline, engaging prospects through written, verbal, and online communication.
  • Customize event and digital media programs, creating compelling proposals that tailor sponsorship opportunities to match prospects' lead generation needs and objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring revenue delivery meets essential baseline metrics and growth targets. Collaborate closely with colleagues in Content, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the successful execution of live events and online programs.
  • Cultivate enduring business relationships with clients, prioritising service quality and client satisfaction to foster repeat business.
  • Possess intelligence with a keen commercial sense and strong business acumen.
  • Driven to excel and eager to refine your sales skills while increasing your earnings.
  • Adept communicator and attentive listener.
  • A consummate professional comfortable engaging in peer-to-peer discussions with C-level executives.

Ideal Background:

  • A proven track record of b2b sales, preferably in Sponsorship or (Media/ Advertising / similar solutions- based sales)
  • Utilise understanding of current trends to frame prospect outreach and conversations.
  • A minimum of three years b2b sales experience
  • Business acumen and strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of clients at all levels.
  • A desire to develop themselves and others as a sales professional.
  • Looking to increase their earning potential dramatically
