My client, a leading law firm in Liverpool, is looking for an experienced Conveyancer Fee Earner to join their successful Residential Conveyancing Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that's committed to delivering exceptional service.
As a Conveyancer Fee Earner, you will:
- Assist the Team Leader/Senior Conveyancer in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions (sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages)
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements
- Prepare files for exchange and completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met
- Communicate with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, keeping them updated on progress
- Conduct due diligence on title deeds, searches, and mortgage offers
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload efficiently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools
- Legal qualifications such as CILEx (desirable but not essential)
