Our client in Bishops Stortford is looking for a dynamic Marketer for their well established company.
The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a small team.
You should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing.
This role is predominately office based, although occasional hybrid working will be considered.
Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
- Annual leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Objectives of this role
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Organise and attend various events such as seminars, exhibitions and award evenings.
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
- Responsible for the overall management of the marketing functions
- Responsible for creating, managing monthly reporting on marketing campaigns, customer feedback and other activities.
- Responsible for delivering agreed marketing communications to existing and prospective clients.
- Responsible for web site maintenance and improvements as required, and to review and maintain the company's social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Continuing research of market and competitive information, techniques and forums
- Management of external marketing agencies.
- Planning and management of agreed marketing budgets.
- Design and implementation of booklets and other published documents.
- Manage the small marketing team.
