My client is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Senior Architect with a keen eye for detail to join their RIBA chartered practice in Stockport. The award-winning team have a brilliant reputation and have a vibrant portfolio spanning the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. The team provides creative and sustainable designs to every client and always delivers exceptional customer service throughout all project stages.
The successful Senior Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and excellent technical abilities. You should have a keen eye for detail and proven experience working through all RIBA stages. Revit experience is essential.

- Registered with the ARB
- Significant post Part 3 UK-based experience
- Portfolio full of brilliant technical detailing examples
- Able to work on projects from initiation to completion
- Creating technical Revit packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident working to project deadlines and budget
- Creative flare combined with brilliant technical skills
- Revit knowledge is essential
