Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist teachers in the classroom with the delivery of lessons and educational activities.
- Support students with their learning tasks, ensuring they understand and complete their work.
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students requiring additional support with their learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A strong passion for working with children and contributing to their educational growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and staff.
- Patience, creativity, and a consistently positive attitude towards all aspects of the role.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous but not a prerequisite for the role.
