Capability and Culture Lead

What you'll be doing:

As our Capability and Culture Lead you will work closely alongside our "heads of" in Operations to transform and develop our teams to become their best selves. You will identify training needs and help the teams to create plans to enable delivery of our strategy.

  • Work with Organisational Effectiveness Director to create and design a leadership and culture programme that is bespoke for Operations. Assess the capability and behavioural needs of teams and individuals and ensure that we flex the style to have maximum impact and traction.
  • Help leaders to identify potential, coaching them on what good looks like and how to have meaningful everyday conversations that inspire, motivate and challenge. Creating positive career conversations across the function, giving colleagues the ability to gain multiple skills, reduce key person dependency and creating career pathways. People become aligned to the purpose and become more creative in roles that they are capable to do and roles that they enjoy.
  • Drive change and continuous improvement across the function

What we're looking for:

  • Strong partnership skills
  • The ability to influence the aligned business unit or functional leader
  • Ability to identify opportunities to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Business and commercial acumen
  • Data analysis
  • Coaching and influencing
  • Experience of leading end-to-end organisational change projects, including restructures
