Home ownership Services manages 9,668 leasehold, shared ownership and freehold properties and has recently undergone a rebrand to provide a more holistic service.
This role has been created following a management level review and will play a vital role in ensuring operational improvements identified as part of the review are embedded quickly to improve service charge billing.
This is an exciting time to join Home ownership Services with this role supporting the Service Charge Manager and direct reports to improve service charge and shared ownership rent setting to increase transparency for homeowners whilst the service recovers from the effects of a cyber-attack.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess extensive experience in variable service charge and shared ownership rent setting, good understanding of people management techniques including how to motivate staff, good understanding of current issues surrounding service charges, and exceptional IT skills including data manipulation. This role is crucial to improving service charge accuracy.
