Marketing Executive

At Workwell, we help recruitment businesses and end hirers manage their contractor workforce as well as work with individual contractors to provide accountancy and payroll services.

We are looking to hire a marketing Executive with experience in B2B services. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. They should be able to own the quarterly marketing plan for the division they look after as well as get involved in day-to-day marketing activities, whilst being able to work under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

Objectives of this role

  • Work with key stakeholders (sales director, Managing Director) in the division to establish ideal customer profiles and service line priorities and develop quarterly marketing plans and goals.
  • Conduct regular competitor and customer analysis to ensure that we build the best marketing campaigns
  • Lead the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, including content creation to be utilised across multiple platforms.
  • Use analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email marketing and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics

Responsibilities

  • Create relevant content about our service lines to be used in marketing campaigns.
  • Agree and executive the marketing campaigns and plans for the division, including recommendations on approach and channels.
  • Analyse campaign results and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Ensure that all campaign content is uploaded onto the websites and that all external platforms are kept up to date at all times and represent the company.
  • Work closely with the sales directors to ensure that campaigns focus on the priority products and services, with measurable ROI at all times.
  • Focus on lead generation for the division and proactively share ideas with the key stakeholders to achieve the required goals.
  • Manage the social media channels for the division, with a focus on LinkedIn.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience creating great content in a B2B environment
  • Experience executing on marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Experience in B2B marketing
