Sales Consultant
- Job Type: Full-time (including 3 out of 4 weekends)
- Salary Range: £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission
- Location: Swindon
- Office based - Ability to work flexibly across three shift patterns: 9-5pm, 12-8pm, 11-7pm. 3 out of 4 weekends. Rota basis.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our vibrant retail and travel business.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers to plan and book their dream cruise holidays.
This role is ideal for someone with drive and talent for sales, who is looking to join a company that values customer satisfaction and employee growth.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Engage with customers through various channels to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and information on cruise packages, destinations, and additional services.
- Utilise sales techniques to match customers with the perfect cruise experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cruise deals, promotions, and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices and improve the sales process.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
