Fluent German Speaker - Salary per annum - £50K - £70K plus commission (£30K + OTE) - office based role / 25% travel

Neurodiversity and Education / Commercial Software sales in the DACH region. This client provides an innovative software (SaaS) tool that is a recognised brand in the Education and Corporate sector across a large part of EMEA, helping neuro diverse employees as well as school and University students be able to capture and present ideas and concepts.

The company has been growing steadily over the past few years and are now struggling to deal with some of the demand for the software tool. They are currently looking to hire an experienced and dynamic sales specialist capable of being a Brand Ambassador in the DACH region.

In this role, you would be spending around 25% of your time travelling to events in the region to speak to audiences about the software solution. When not attending events, you would be responsible for the strategy and delivery of developing new leads from a range of outbound activity including emails, LinkedIn and telephone prospecting into an existing data base of contacts.

A big part of the role will be evangelising the software tool and so expect to be running webinars on a weekly basis to key stakeholders in the Education and Corporate sector.

You ideally have already had exposure to the Education and or Corporate sector either in a sales role or perhaps even as a teacher that has now moved into sales in another area. You will be confident delivering large presentations both in person and online, be a quick learner and be able to breakdown complex propositions into features and benefits for an audience. You also enjoy being part of a close-knit sales team that works predominantly from an office when not attending events and so likely enjoy social interaction both in the office and after work at gatherings.

On offer is a basic salary up to £70K plus bonus and benefits. Bonus earning equates to around 40% of salary each year but with SaaS licence sales every year your customer base grows and so long term the bonus each year will increase with the customer base growth that you will both drive and retain.

The business has bright and spacious offices in SW London (Richmond).
