Join South Staffordshire Plc as a Fleet Coordinator where you'll have the opportunity to manage your own accounts and coordinate vehicle service plans.

The Role:
- Ensure the fleeting of vehicles is undertaken in a timely manner to reduce additional rentals.
- Keep fleet lists updated and accurate, including vehicle details, location, driver information, tracking data, and leasing provider details.
- Efficiently manage supplier network to control costs and minimise downtime.
- Manage the procurement of new vehicles and vehicle kit outs.
- Inform company car drivers prior to renewal of existing car based on current industry lead times.
- Account Management for SSI Divisional companies and external customers, including budget management and relationship-building.
- Coordinate vehicle service plan for timely maintenance and repairs, aligning with industry standards.
- Provide effective reporting and management information on the TRACKER system, handle warranty claims, and offer administrative support for the Fleet Service Department.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Group Divisions, dealerships, suppliers, manufacturers, and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with scheduled service, MOTs, and repair programs.
- Oversee accident repairs to reduce costs and manage the de-fleet process for efficiency and cost control.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on TRANMAN daily.
What You'll Need:
- Experience within the Motor Industry is desirable.
- Proven experience within a customer service environment both face to face and telephone
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, tailored to different audiences.
- Attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.
- Professional attitude and demeanour.
